SECOND INFORMATION SEMINAR

On 19.02.2016 in the Boardroom "Prosveta" in the village of Avren, Avren municipality, Varna district was held the second information seminar on the topic "The process of creating and establishing of LAG "Avren - Beloslav" and funding opportunities for multi-fund strategy 2014 - 2020" for promoting the process of developing the strategy for a project under sub-measure 19.1 "Help for preparatory activities" of measure 19 "Community-led local development" of the Programme for rural development for the period 2014-2020, supported by the European agricultural Fund for rural development (EAFRD) of the European Union on the territory of Avren Municipality, Varna District.
Presented was the approach Community-led local development: manner of implementation, characteristics of multi-funding, as well as main objectives of the preparatory measure – gaining skills and building capacity for operation of LAGs in the 2014-2020 programming period; informing the local community and involving local people in the development and future implementation of the strategy on the CLLD approach; preparation of local development Strategy financed by the EAFRD or by multi-funding (OPIC, EE, HRD, SESG).
The identified during the meetings potential beneficiaries and stakeholders were informed about subsequent events and trainings ahead.
